Constipated Baby - any advice?

My 8MO baby boy is constipated. I think I gave him a bit too much banana.

I have made apple compote, which is meant to be good, but nothing has changed.

Does anyone recommend something natural that can take at this age? My GP appointment in on Thursday and I will ask the doctor but until then, I would like to know there is something else I can do. Poor baby!!!!

THanks

plenty of water or juice, annndd... veggie soup!

Boil red split lentils, veg stock, leek and carrots.
It's lovely.

I would eat more of it, but it loosens the bowels a bit too much for me.

Nagoo how do you prepare the pears? Do you just cut them and microwave them?

I know appel compote is good but I think Jack finds it a bit too acidic.

yes, just peel them, chop them up and ping them in there. Then spoon it in :) If you can get him to eat them properly, with the skin on that would prob be better TBH, but if in doubt, spoon it in!
