Ringworm - Antifungal Detergent?

I am horrified to say that I have just discovered that my 16 month old has ringworm on his face. I have no idea where he picked it up. We have been given a cream to use on him, but since reading about it on the internet it seems that just washing all his bedding etc isn't enough, you have to use an antifungal detergent. This is where I need help. I can't find on the internet that such a thing exists. Does anyone out there know how to get rid of this fungus from their home?

Just washing things at 60 degrees or more should kill the spores.

really? that's great thanks for getting back. I just read somewhere else that any anti-fungal spray (such as athletes foot spray) will work on soft surfaces. I'll use that on his rug then and just wash everything else on hot wash. Many thanks.
