Strange Purple Rash on DD3's chin - should I be worried?

Last week my dd3 got a couple of spots just below her lip.

TOday I have noticed the spot has gone but its left a purplish mark similar to a very small bruise.

She also has a pin prick rash all over her chin again this purplish colour.

My DS9 has never had anything like this and I have never seen anything like this before.

Should I be worried/go to doc??

Is she unwell?

Sounds like the rash that ds gets with a virus. Only thing is, that it is similar to the meningitis rash so he's ended up with blood tests for it several times. If she's unwell it wouldn't be unreasonable to get it checked out. If it hasn't gone in a couple of days I'd get it checked out anyway, as there are other causes.

Just searched and this came up - I know it's a zombie thread! But ds has just woken up with this (this morning). It doesn't itch etx and he hasn't had any trauma to his chin or licked or sucked it. His lips hurt to touch.
