DD with D&V not wee'd for 7 hours?

my DD aged 3 has had D&V since this morning- she is drinking well her usual self but not passed urine since 13:00hrs. Would you be worried or wait and see

Is she drinking and keeping it down? If so, and she seems well enough in herself then I'd wait awhile before worrying. However, you could always give NHS direct a call just to check with them. Hope she gets better soon

She's probably a little dehydrated. Push the fluids and see how she goes. Drinking well and her usual self is not ringing alarm bells.

Forgot to say, ice lollies are a great way of getting fluid into them slowly (so less likely to come up again) and they always think having ice lollies is a fun treat (my DS looked at me in disbelief when I said he could have two ice lollies in quick succession when he was poorly!)

Fluid challenged her as i would at work only wee'd twice today but only vommed once, she is drinking loads but just keeping it on board rather than it passing through
