Pale Poo... Why?

My DD (14m) had a virus a couple of weeks a go and since she has been having very pale poos. They were a healthy brown before then but are now a creamy beigeish colour.
She is still breastfed and has a good appetite but is pale poo a warning of anything?

It can be a sign of anaemia. Get her a vitamin supplement with iron in (I think minadex tonic is the only one for children) and drop in to see health visitor for advice.

Thanks someone told me it could be anaemia in rl. She has done 3 brown poos today so am hoping it was just a blip due to the virus. going to HV clinic next week so will ask them there
