Ds is 6mo, sleeping terribly (we've been up since 4 after waking every hour all might) , he's just filled his nappy, and it's hot?! Is thus normal? Sign of something?

It was hot - like touching a warm radiator

Think if you actually took its temp it would be 37 cos it has come from his body (unless he has a temp himself)

I always felt wee as warm - it is just because the nappy is cooler so you notice something warmer going into it.

What haunted said.

It's alot warmer than ever before, noticeably so, hence why I'm worried.

We were warm in bed, so it's nit like we were cold either

It can't be warmer than his body (not detectably so anyway). It is a physiological impossibility.

I always thought my dc's wee was hot not warm. It is just the way that the heat is dissipated through his nappy.

I will check his temperature then, thanks.

Having said all that it could appear hotter than usual if there was more of it or it was looser that usual. Also if there was more wee in the nappy at the time.

Checking his temp is worth doing tho.

He goes at the same time every day, there was alot, he was sat on my hands (nice) like usual (sometimes he gets a bit upset before, it helps if I hold him in a certain position) and it felt remarkably warm - hot! I know it always is warm, but this was different.
