Very pale poo - what's wrong?

My son has had very pale poo for the last few days - very light brown/pale yellow. Why? He has had a sore tummy but is eating ok. Poo is normal consistency. Thanks!"

I'm in no way a professional but when I took my LO to the Health Visitor yesterday she said that pale poo is a sign of illness. I would ring your GP and let them know. Better to be safe.
