Medical check up at 3? Boosters?

i am confused. I have heard that my son that is now 3 &4 months should do a medical check up,but, so far, they have not called him.
Also, does he have to have the boosters?

the boosters are done any time from 3 years 4 months. When ds went for his pre-school booster around 3 1/2 years he got weighed and measured before the jabs were done. Do you normally get your imunisation appointments sent out automatically or do you have to make your own appointments? Mine was sent out automatically.
