Sids: When does the risk decline?

I've read that the most at risk time for sids is two-to-four months. After that the sids percentage drops away.
My question is, are that talking about the beginning of the fourth month or the end of the fourth month?

I think the graph peaks at about 10 weeks, then roughly 80% happen by 5 months, 90% by 6 months and 98% by 1 year.
I would have thought 2-4 months means the beginning of 2 months till the end of 4 months.

I always thought it was 6 months.

I think it is officially 6 months. Isnt it actually to do with how mobile they are though?
