Do ALL chicken pox spots pop then blister??

DS came down with CP last Thurs. Most of his spots have scabbed over now BUT some haven't and are just little red pimples. Will they all pop and scab?? Thanks!!

Hi, my DS also started with CP spots last thurs, and he does have a few which are small and now getting smaller with no sign of blistering. I think the blisters appear after about 24 hours, so if he's had the smaller ones for a few days with no sign of blistering they will prob just fade?

So what do I do about going back to school???
