it is growing up behind his front lower tooth and seems to be jutting inwards. The one in front is wobbly but has been for ages. Anyone else's DC's had this? Should we be concerned or will the new one most likely push out the old and straighten up [hopeful emoticon]?

My DD is 9 and has quite a few adult teeth, but on her top right (behind the canine) she's got 2 teeth coming through while the baby ones are hanging on.
It gives her a weired 'shark teeth' look Confused

She's desperate for these to come out so that she can get a brace ( she's not quite ready yet, still lots of baby teeth)
