Sorry if TMI but I just thought I'd ask

I feel like weird overreacting parent here..but DS1 (3.5) has white chalky marks in his pants. Like is dried urine but white? Is this normal?

could be smegma which is a natural lubricant produced under the foreskin - could be getting rubbed onto his pants.
