Can Dermol trigger an eczema flare

19 m.o. DS has eczema on his face and we have recently started to use Dermol 500 cream to wash him with instead of soap. He's had small patches on his arms and legs, but not for the last 6 months or so.

On the dermatologist's advice we've recently started giving him daily baths after applying Dermol cream all over his body. Roughly since then, he's developed a small patch of eczema on his back.

Might it be possible that the Dermol has irritated his skin here?

I know that once you have a patch of red eczema skin, Dermol can irritate it (this happened on DS's face once), but I wasn't sure whether it might have caused perfectly normal looking skin to flare up initially.
