Vaginal discharge - is it normal for a 3yr old?

Over the past few days I've noticed some dried discharge in DD's pants at the end of the day. Is this normal for a 3.5yr old or should I be taking her to the doctor?

usually normal. keep an eye out for weeing a lot/ discomfort/ smell/ colour and see the GP if you're worried.
