ds2 is running around naked today (as he is wont to do) and I noticed that he seems much hairier than he used to!
it isn't really thick hair or anything, just fine hairs all over his back, neck and arms and I have never noticed it before so thought it might be new?

I just wondered if there is anything that can cause a child to suddenly get hairier, and whether I should see a GP?

he may, of course, have always been like this and it's totally normal (hence asking here before making a fool of myself seeing the doctor!)

DD1 has this sort of hair all over her back. I'm hoping it will go (fall out I guess) before she reaches the self conscious teenage years
