Advice needed re chicken pox

DD who is nearly 4, has chicken pox, rash discovered last night/early this morning. However we also have a 3 week old DS. We have gained advice and are aware of the risks to him but about 2 weeks ago DS had 3 spots which looked exactly like chicken pox. Are there any experts out there who can tell me whether this could have been chicken pox and whether it was passed on to my DD?

It does sound feasible. But even if it was, you do run the risk of DS catching it again as it was such a mild dose. I've got my fingers crossed that he doesn't
