Slapped cheek?

My daughter aged 8 started being sick in the early hours of Wednesday morning and finally finished being sick last night about 10pm. She's eating a bit today, and seems brighter in herself, but has developed bright red cheeks. She normally has quite sallow/light olivey skin, so it unusual to see her with any colour - it looks like sunburn. She doesn't have a rash anywhere else.
Do you think there is a likelihood of it being slapped cheek?

or scarlet fever , is her throat sore ?

No it isn't - she feels warm, but no temp.
