Lump underneath nipple?

My 4mo DD has a hard little lump underneath her right nipple, but not under the other one. It doesn't appear to hurt her when I touch it.

Any experience of this, or ideas as to what it could be?

I suggest you ask HV, but I doubt very much it's anything to worry about.

probably a blocked milk duct caused by residual mothers hormones floating around after birth. nothing to worry about but see HV
