DD is 5 weeks old and for past couple of days has had strong smelling wee. She is EBF and is feeding normally and seems herself. Any ideas? We've recently swapped to pampers - anything to do with it you reckon?

hi, as a child had lots of kidney problems and i know that a strong smelly wee could be an infection. Have you noticed if it has also changed colour?, it tends to get darker.

No it's still pretty clear ... I'm swappingback nappy brand and if it's still there then, I'll rung the gp. Thanks Smile
