Has anyone else given their dc this?
Brought some today for ds as he has a stinking cold and thought it might ease it for him.
Only gave him one 5ml spoonful and he become so sleepy he could barely walk,spent rest of evenin on sofa.i was so shocked considering dose is up to 4 spoonfuls

what age is he? I think it only for children over the age of 6. The anti-histamine in it can cause drowsiness and was one of the reasons the age limit was changed (can also cause sleep disturbances and hallucinations)

He is 6,helped lots with cold symptoms though
