Routine Heath Check at 3 years old

My child will be having a routine health check with the GP prior to having his 3 year 4 month vaccinations.
What should I expect? What do they do?

I thik they weighed ds and measured his height and asked about his health, how he slept, his diet, etc

Thanks for that.
I wanted to prepare him in case they needed to examine him or undress him.
