is there an alternative cream, with zinc oxide & which will dry, but purer & fragrance free?

I have searched the internet btw, but to no avail. Burt's Bees seem to have something similar, but it contains almond oil too, and I'm not sure oil is helpful as an ingredient. The main aim is to dry, and discourage the skin from becoming moist, and thereby moving towards infection, and the need for anti-biotics...

Try Dermaveen which has oatmeal in it really works found good site for information to help with eczema www.pureandgentle.com they have loads of other products as well and list the ingredients and do sample which is great
