Red rash on 4 year plans cheeks - what could it be?

The 4 year old that I look after has a red rash on his cheeks - his cheeks look very flushed like ain't sally from wiesel gummidge. I've ben looking up slapped cheek, and really hoping it's not that as I am 17 weeks pg. He hasn't been unwell or had a temperature, what else could it be?

to much sun? sounds like slap cheek, could be excema if your concerned ask mum to take to the doctors:)

Haha, too much sun? We should be so lucky! They've got a doctors appt at 5:30 and have asked them to ask if I should be worried and to let me know. Thankyou for answering
