Mysterious rash

DD (13 months) has had a rash down just one arm for about a month. It doesn't seem to itch or bother her but it looks quite bad. It is made up of little red raised pimples.

Doctor prescribed a mild steroid cream last week - she said to use till the rash had gone but the instructions on the packets say don't use on children for longer than a week.

The rash did look a bit better in that it was less angry looking. but today it looks worse again!

Any ideas what it could be - allergy to something? but why only on one arm? has anyone seen similar?

Thanks!

Thanks for the link . . But no, it's not that. I think it must be an allergic reaction to something but just wondered why it had stayed for so long and also what could have caused/ be causing it.
