DD is 16 month for the last few days her poo has turned a very pale sand colour and looks quite gritty. She had an internal bleed around 2 months ago and since then her poo has been in the main dark green, but turned this light sand colour around a week ago. Does she need a gp today? Any idea what could cause this?

My 20 months old poo is often pale sand coloured. Think it depends what he eats. If not other symptoms I wouldn't go to GP about it, no.
