Basically advocates using only established companys with brands that have a track record and the right ingrediants.Check for controlled amounts of preservatives and no OLIVE OIL

Great article and unfortunately, the NHS GP's need to make sure they follow what it suggests. I was prescribed aquaeous cream for years, in addition to steroids and it literally burnt my skin and made it worse. I thought it was the eczema needing more and so used more etc.

This professor is the dude to listen to Wink
