Sorry if I am repeating another thread. I have searched but can't seem to find an answer. My 7 month old has developed teeny tiny whiteheads on his cheeks. They are mostly across his cheekbones and up round the sides of his eyes and look as though you could just flick them and they would pop. He is fine otherwise, but every day there seem to be more and more. The rest of his face is fine. I'm wondering what causes them and if there's anything I can do so get rid of them? I'm not overly concerned, just wondering.....
