when was his last b/m?
are you bf or ff?
have you introduced solids or changed his diet?

sorry whats a b/m?

hes bottle fed on hungry baby milk since he was 3 weeks old
i have been introducing a little bit of solids as i think he needs them as milk doesnt seem to satisfy him but only been trying him with porridge every morning and a little something in the afternoon and he was getting on with it fine for the past few weeks

i would wager it's the porridge.

it's normal for babies to go through a growth spurt at around 4 months and to need feeding milk more frequently.

if it were me i would stop the solids and go back to just milk, offering it more often if necessary and see how he goes.
