DS's teeth - two rows!

DS (6.5) has beautiful straight teeth with gaps between the teeth. None have wobbled or fallen out. Anyway this morning noticed an adult tooth behind one of his front teeth at the bottom! It looks like he has two rows of teeth now. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal?

Happened to DD (5) her front teeth then fell. I took her to the dentist as her new teeth look kind of wonky as a result but the dentist said that they should straighten up.

It looks a bit weird and off putting though....before the other ones fall

Surprisingly common - it will all sort itself out but does look a bit weird. My friend's DS had a whole row of doubled up front teeth for a while.

Yeap - just back from dentist yesterday - perfectly normal. Ds's front bottom two have moved into line and we have a third one coming...
