Hi there.

My DS is 4.11. He had Chickenpox over Easter but recovered quickly. Tonight I took him to swimming after school and when I was getting him undressed found he had lots of red spots. Only one, on his arm, has a 'head' of any kind on it, but there are three under his head which he says hurt, and are like big, hard blisters. Took him doc this evening. Doc says it's not CPox because the red ones sort of blanch, even though they are raised. He agreed with me about the ones that are on his head, and how they are different. However, he says he isn't sure what they are, poss virus (though not like a NSV rash AT ALL), allergy or something else. Tonight he hascomedown from bed crying and saying the ones on his head really hurt, despite Piriton, (doc's orders) and Ibuprofen. I put Calamine Lotion on him and tucked him back in, but he's not settling.Has anybody any ideas?

TIA
