DD2 (9) covered in hives since yesterday

DD2 came out of school yesterday covered in hives.

Up her two sides on her trunk, 9 on one side, 6 on the other.

Teacher said they came up between break and lunchtime.

I've got Eurax cream and piriton - anything else anyone can think of? The itch is driving her nuts.

porridge oats in a clean sock, tied, then put in a hot bath. Leave it to cool a little, then let her sit in the water. Wash her with the oat-filled sock. It really does help

I'll try that - she's in so much discomfort
