Baby with high blood pressure

DD is 13 weeks old, at her 8 week review the GP queried her right kidney, but also that she'd dropped from the 25th to 9th percentile.

We went to see the hospital and Dr there was not so much concerned by slow weight gain, (does want me to express after a feed and top her up with that to stretch out her feeds from 2 hourly to 4 hourly). However they also took her blood pressure with regard to the kidney query. BP was found to be high, but on a machine not suitable for babies so we had to go back this week to use a proper machine.

She's now had 8 blood pressure readings on two different machines and the conclusion was it's still too high (7 out of 8 were high). They were taken on each arm and leg. So, then she's had to have blood tests and urine tests, and we've got to take her for ultrasound scans on her heart and kidneys.

Still no real idea what's causing it but just wondered if anyone had any experience of this? Her weight gain continues to be slow but steady, she hasn't dropped another percentile, HV's are all happy with her, and breastfeeding clinic think she's feeding well, attaching fine etc.
