My 8 month son has tonsillitis. He has a temp above 38 and has been given antibiotics. However he is now refusing to eat and drink. How long should I let this go on fofr before i get really worried. Also how can I persuade him to take medicine without pinning him down?

You have to pin him down.

If he isn't drinking anything you need to get him checked really.

Does he have a dummy? I have always found syringing down to side of the dummy the best way to get it in. That also works with fluids!
