1 year old shivering

The paranoid parent in me has emerged but wondered if anyone else had experienced similar?
DD had chickenpox over Easter but seemed to be fully recovered and happy to go back to nursery. I got a phonecall mid-afternoon yesterday saying she'd been very sleepy and had woken up shivering a lot for about 10 minutes, though she didn't have a temperature and didn't seem cold. (She was of course absolutely fine by the time I got her home... sigh)

I have low blood sugar and get the shivers quite badly if I haven't eaten for a while; DD eats regularly at nursery but I'm wondering if the same can happen in toddlers, or if it's a post-viral thing?
