Karvol in eyesPLEASE HELP

Hi DS (4) has put karvol in his eyes. I have washed them out with lots of water but they are still hurting him lots and very watery. he can see fine and they don't look that red. Has anyonegot any ideas

I am no nurse but I get hayfever and doc once said to me that I can use ever so slightly salted water (boiled first to ensure salt has dissolved then cooled) to rinse eyes out as it is closer to the balance of your usual fluid in the eyes than just water. Perhaps that might restore some kind of normalness back to his eyes.

hi thanks taking him to A+e as phone nhs direct up and said it can burn the eye so needs looking at

Absolutely. Karvol is evil. Think its got essential oil in it, which says it all. Essential oils are also evil! Especially in the eyes and ingestion.
