Powder variety. If it got left out of the fridge for two days does that kill the cultures?

I used to use a baby probiotic powder (boots own) in little sachets and it didnt say to kee pin the fridge, so may be it'll be ok?

should be fine, most don't need to be refrigerated, I used to take probiotics with us when travelling
