Tiny fluid-like spots on DD's chest

Hi - a month or so ago, DD had a bruise-like rash on the inside of her upper arm. I thought it looked like a friction bruise and she said a girl at school had pulled her and that's what happened.

However, where the bruise was, tiny pinhead size spots, which are kind of shiny and look as though they may be filled with fluid, have appeared and have now spread onto her chest from her arm pit and down towards her nipple.

Anyone got any ideas as to what they could be? DD says they don't itch although I can see she's scratched a bit in the night.

Sounds like Molluscum Contagiosum. The bruise is proably a coincidence.
