Very watery diarrhoea in 2 yo

We've all had a diarrhoea & vomitting bug this week. It started with DS2, who is 26 months, being sick a few times last Saturday and apart from that, he was fine.

In the last couple of days he's had really smelly diarrhoea and today I've been changing his nappy as frequently as every 15 minutes (though not all day). The diarrhoea has given him awful nappy rash and he's in a lot of discomfort from that. Today the diarrhoea has been really watery and I'm wondering if and when I should worry. He's right off his food though he's a terrible eater at the best of times but he is having a lot of breast milk and has also been drinking water too.

Our GP has a Saturday surgery but of course we're currently at MIL's for Easter...
