Is this nappy rash?

DS (10mo) has tiny little spots around his penis and upper thighs.They've only appeared in the past day or so and don't seem to be sore as he's not fiddling/being upset when changed etc. He's fine in himself other than being slightly grumpy as his front two teeth are coming in!

DP is worried, but I noticed the spots are only where he's recently had a normal red rash.

Any ideas? Will take him down to the doctors if they're not gone by the end of the week, for sure.

Could be nappy rash, especially as he is teething. That's the only time our DS gets it and it's sometimes little spots. If they don't go the see a doctor I guess. Until then Sudocrem all the way!
