can my 9 yr old dd use caneston?

My dd age 9 is a bit itchy down below, she only told me tonight, do i need take her the docs or could i give her some caneston cream to use? she bathes every other day, wears clean pants and has a good wash every day.

Well my 3yo was prescribed some for soreness, so I guess she would be OK. If it persists I would still take her to the docs though.

dd was prescribed the 1% canesten cream when she was 3.

is she thirsty? is she wiping bum the wrong way?
