11 month old with measles

Hello all,

My dd who is 11 months has been diagnosed with measles. She has been unwell for a couple of weeks now. Started off with cold like symptoms, then what was thought to be an ear infection, then vomiting since Thursday and finally a rash which appeared yesterday and now covers the whole of her body. She is really poorly with it. Just wants to sleep all the time and is still vomiting.

I am obviously really worried but glad we know now what is wrong but does anyone know how long it is likely and when we can expect to see any improvement?

It's her first birthday on Sunday. Looks like we will be cancelling our plans

I think it's 10-14 days in total and the rash usually appears in the last 3-4 days. Hope she feels better for the weekend.
