Occasional blue tinge to 21 mo lips

Don't know if I'm being over paranoid but I have noticed in the last couple of months that my 21 mo DS occasionally gets a blue tinge to his lips. He's well in himself apart from the usual toddler coughs and colds and not breathless when running around (which is often) or when ill, but sometimes when he's been lying down for a nappy Change or after a bath his lips get a blue tinge to them. It happened this afternoon and I even took him to the window and held a mirror to him and me. My lips were red and his were definitely pinky blue. I have also noticed occasionally that under his tongue is really blue and he does get cold hands and feet often.

Any thoughts / advice much appreciated.
Thanks

Would pop down to doctors and see what they say, am thinking asthma, tbh I don't think you can ever be paranoid with childrens health, if you are worried best to get it checked out.

DD3 sometimes goes blue when she's got out of the bath. She does moan she's cold and shivers. What pixie said-she did have an innocent heart murmur, she had a heart echo and no problem was found. I'd get it checked just to be on the safe side.
