Oral thrush in a 1-y-o

I'm pretty sure my DS has oral thrush - I had a nasty case and got it under control with nystatin but when I finished the bottle it started to come back.

I then noticed he wasn't eating anything hard and saw similar spots on his tongue to what I had. He was also drooling an incredible amount. I'd put that down to the two upper premolars that are both just breaking through but now not so sure which is teething pain and which is thrush.

I got another bottle of nystatin from the chemist (I have a GPs appointment tomorrow and he advanced me it ahead of the prescription) - I looked up the infant dose (same as for adults) and gave him some too (with a separate dropper) yesterday and this morning.

Now he has spots on the outside of his mouth in one corner (with a white centre) and a couple on his cheeks and chin.

Also pinprick spots on his legs. He cries when I try to breastfeed. I am quite panicked.
