Ear Infection - losing balance?

Hiya,

Is it normal for little ones (my DD is 2.5) to lose their balance occasionally when they have an ear infection?

If its an inner ear infection then yes its perfectly normal the inner ear actually controls our balance.

The Dr said it wasn't bad enough for antibiotices, but now she's been a little wobbly a couple of times!
