he seems to have developed some sort of hayfever.
the nursery have decorated the rooms with some flowers and he yesterday he had red swollen eyes when I picked him up. snotty nose as well, but he had a cold and snotty nose for ages.
should I take him to the gp?
the nursery will observe him today to see if it is better outside or inside and they will remove the flowers.
he had a shower last night and was fine afterwards.

Talk to your pharmasist. I think they can take small doses of Piriton or Benadryl or similar hayfever remedies at the age of 4. My DS (5yo) takes it in the spring and summer for hayfever and it does help a lot. I find flower pollen irritates DS but tree pollen is just as bad. It's horrible for them but the Piriton really does help.
