Has anyone experienced this? My DS is 2 and started limping yesterday and then within an hour was unable to put any weight on his leg and could only shuffle on bottom. Took him to doctors and he said as he had no obvious injury I should be aware that sometimes viruses can set off a viral arthritis, checked his temp and it was up and his throat very swollen.
Today he seemed a bit better and was walking around again but suddenly he has just got the knee thing again and cannot walk. I can't see any swelling or redness but am worried as he is totally unable to put weight on leg.
Any advice gratefully received!
