Is my ds a vampire?

Ds is only 15 weeks old. He has 2 teeth erupting through his gums and I'm pretty sure they're his canines and not his lateral incisors.

Fortunately this doesn't seem to be bothering him.

I always thought the bottom two incisors came through first? Also what is this powder people speak of? Is it any good?

My friend's son has this, and 3 months on they're still the only ones! Cute.

Some people rate ashton's and parsons powder. I don't reckon it does much.
