1 year old with chesty cough

Can I do anything to help her? She is only getting naps, no long sleeps, as her chest gets bad when she lies down. She is losing her voice too, poor little thing, and sounds really snuffly.

poor thing my two have had this for 1-2 weeks. I give them a spoonful of honey when they go to bed (manuka if you can afford it), rub a bit of karvol on their chest, and if they're snuffly/blocked some boiled water with a few drops of childrens olbas oil in it. They still suffer but I like to think it helps a bit.
Oh, and proper up her bed/mattress a bit if you can (hard to do with my youngest as she moves around too much in the night)
