Hi there, she has a cleft of the soft palate and gastric reflux which is being treated with meds but we are still trying to get it right so not fully under control yet.
She sleeps well but after the 4am feed(goes from 8)she settles well but snuffles and fidgets the whole time,no crying or waking.
I am a ridiculously light sleeper therefore my day begins at 4am as i cant go back off.
Any pearls of wisdom? Is it her conditions or unrelated?

DS2 used to be at his worst reflux wise at around 4am, it was his first feed of the day after a longish stretch (4 hrs) without food. We used to give him his omeprazole before the 4am feed to try to avert this.

Having said that DS1 whose reflux was worse in the early evening also slept really lightly from 4-6am and lots of other babies do too - they do their deep sleep 11-3 and then start snuffling. Not a lot you can do really, have you got a partner? If so you could wear earplugs some nights to try to get back to sleep. I too am a really light sleeper - its a pain with a noisy baby!
