Can anyone offer advice please regarding my dd
She is 1 and since 6am yesterday shehas been ill, all yesterday she was vomiting and struggled to keep water down, spoke to NHS direct by mid afternoon as no wet nappies and they advised to keep offering water and let her drink what she likes regardless of being sick etc and if she did not have wet nappies by 6pm to ring back but she did produce one and she took sips of water

last vomit was middle of night afterbreast feed

today she has not been sick but has chronic diorreah and again whatever sheeats drinksis just going through her, she is still feverish and very lethargic and is just lyingon me and clearly feeling awful

Am getting so worried about her, should i keep feeding, what else cani do, when shouldi think enough and seek medical help

Please exscuse grammar and punctuation difficult to type with her on me

TIA

You poor thing, I went though something similar recently. As she's lethargic I'd be inclined to pop into A & E; no point risking dehydrating her further, and I would have thought they'll be able to hook her up to something to get some fluids into her. They won't think you're fussing, they would always rather see the little ones than not.

Don't be afraid to kick up a fuss, she is only 1.

Good luck Smile
